Meta Ads, Google Ads Media Buyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create and implement paid advertising strategies for new client campaigns.

• Develop, launch, and refine campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.

• Track campaign performance and enhance lead quality, CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.

• Execute testing for audience targeting, creative content, and offers.

• Evaluate campaign data to uncover growth potential.

• Work in conjunction with Account Managers, the creative team, and other internal teams on landing pages, creative materials, and marketing strategies.

• Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations internally.

• Oversee multiple client accounts while adhering to deadlines and KPIs.

• Utilize Monday.com to monitor project and campaign progress.

• Engage daily with team members via Slack.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of practical experience managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads.

• Proven success in generating leads for local businesses, preferably in healthcare, legal, home services, or similar sectors.

• Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

• Experience in managing several client accounts at the same time.

• Capability to analyze campaign results and make data-driven optimization choices.

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a completely remote setting.

• Possess a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.

• Familiarity with GoHighLevel is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, or Conversion API is a plus.

• Previous experience in marketing agencies is a bonus.
