MES System Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Provide support for the daily activities of the IT O&L Manufacturing team.

• Participate in deployments, updates, and implementation activities (rollout) of MES systems.

• Assist in resolving incidents and issues as needed, adhering to established support processes.

• Operate and maintain IT systems utilized in manufacturing environments.

• Follow established IT documentation procedures, processes, and standards.

• Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, and IT teams to ensure system availability and reliability.

• Aid in troubleshooting issues related to systems, applications, or infrastructure.

• Document actions, configurations, and solutions to share knowledge and ensure continuity.

• Contribute to a stable IT environment that complies with regulations, aligned with manufacturing needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong foundation in IT with an understanding of infrastructure and system operations.

• Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments.

• Practical experience with Linux Server environments.

• Ability to adhere to defined processes and work in structured IT environments.

• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams.

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

• Education in IT or equivalent practical experience.

• Professional experience in IT operations, support, or systems administration.

• Experience working with enterprise IT systems in production or operational environments.
