MES Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery sessions and convert customer requirements into tailored solutions.

• Set up and personalize customer Orbis sites utilizing SQL and recognized best practices.

• Provide customer training sessions and promote effective system adoption.

• Oversee your own tasks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple simultaneous projects.

• Address urgent customer issues and swiftly adjust priorities when necessary.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to communicate field insights and identify potential risks.

• Work alongside teams in the US, Ireland, and Manila on global implementations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in implementation, consulting, or professional services.

• Proficiency in SQL and a basic understanding of software development and configuration.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

• Keen attention to detail and a sense of urgency.

• Bachelor's degree or relevant real-world experience.

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial software is advantageous.

• Ability to collaborate across time zones with a global team.
