MES Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Engage in projects while supporting our Italian and international clientele, focusing on the following tasks: Consulting for Werum’s PAS-X software and additional Körber Pharma solutions.

• Provide project assistance throughout all stages of the software development life cycle, whether remotely or on-site.

• Configure, specify, and implement solutions in alignment with client requirements.

• Oversee the acceptance of software solutions concerning functionality and quality, collaborating with both internal and external colleagues.

• Cultivate relationships with clients and recognize potential new business opportunities.

• Assist the Sales team during project acquisition efforts.

• Conduct suitability analysis of solutions relative to customer needs (Fit Gap Analysis).

• Support functional specification activities by demonstrating products and converting user requirements into Change Specifications; impart functional knowledge to the technical team.

• Provide advice and training to customers on Werum’s PAS‐X MES software.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in IT, Computer Science, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, or a related field.

• At least one (1) year of experience in the life sciences industry, particularly with large-scale applications.

• Familiarity with the software project life cycle and experience working with MES software, preferably Werum’s PAS-X MES and other Körber Pharma solutions.

• Comprehensive understanding of GMP/GAMP principles.

• Exceptional communication skills, with confidence in engaging clients and larger groups.

• A strong team player, capable of assuming various roles within a team.

• A dynamic personality with robust analytical skills and a hands-on approach.

• Proficiency in Italian and English; knowledge of German, French, or Spanish is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel, primarily within Italy and internationally.

• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
