This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee the convergence and merger initiative.
• Develop and organize financial and administrative frameworks.
• Implementation and enhancement of the Group ERP system.
• Financial management along with management control (controlling).
• Management of treasury and financing activities.
• Supervision of accounting, tax, and regulatory compliance.
• International structuring and growth of the group model.
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Accounting, Management Control, Audit, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in senior financial positions.
• Extensive experience in organizational transformation, mergers, integration, or group structuring.
• Strong background in ERP implementation and the digitization of financial processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with reporting tools.
• Fluent in French and possess professional working proficiency in English.
• Fully remote position (must be based in France).
• Direct involvement in a significant transformation and merger project.
• International scope of work.
• High degree of autonomy in decision-making processes.
• Opportunities for rapid advancement to Group Finance and Administration Director.
• Regular international travel is expected at the outset of the role.
