• Oversee and enhance the performance of the Merchant Services Sales team to meet all objectives while engaging stakeholders and internal partners.
• Supervise transactional activities and processes to guarantee timely execution, quality assurance, and compliance adherence.
• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and the development of risk control measures within intricate functions.
• Make informed decisions and address issues concerning team supervision, work distribution, and daily operations under management guidance.
• Utilize understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance obligations effectively.
• Collaborate and engage with peers, colleagues, and managers, along with direct interaction with external customers.
• Oversee the distribution of personnel and financial resources for Merchant Services Sales.
• Mentor and support the professional growth of direct reports while assisting in talent acquisition.
• A minimum of 5 years in Merchant Services Sales, or an equivalent mix of work experience, training, military service, and education.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Opportunity to travel up to 30% of the time.
