Merchant Account Contributor – Help Test Bill Switching Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supply active and valid login credentials for designated merchants.

• Input credentials through a secure Pinwheel link/form.

• Assist with occasional one-time MFA code requests.

• Collaborate with Pinwheel engineers to map login/navigation flows and confirm payment-switching and bill-cancellation procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be subscribed to one or more of the following providers: Farmers Insurance; Florida Power & Light (FPL).

• Possess USA-region merchant accounts.

• Provide active, valid login credentials for selected merchants.

• Supply card details when necessary.

• Offer occasional support for one-time MFA codes.
