Merchandiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Establish and refresh shelving, displays, walls, and other fixtures in accordance with planograms and given guidelines.

• Strategically plan and organize store visits within the designated territory.

• Relay work schedules to support team members as necessary.

• Participate in training conference calls, online sessions, and field training as required.

• Build and nurture strong professional relationships with key in-store personnel.

• Complete shift documentation, including online daily reports with images of accomplished tasks.

• Interact with stores and perform various store visits, including those at Walmart and Shoppers Drug Mart.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant merchandising experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to comprehend and implement planogram modifications.

• Excellent organizational skills, capability to multitask, and meet deadlines.

• Energetic, self-driven, and enthusiastic.

• Adaptable and flexible.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle.

• Willingness to travel up to 160 km from the area.

• Computer literate, with access to a PC and internet.

• Capability to take and submit photographs of completed tasks.
