
Mentee Success & Engagement Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Make routine outbound calls to assigned mentees to track their progress and engagement.
• Offer encouragement, accountability, and guidance throughout their educational journey.
• Recognize challenges or obstacles affecting mentee success and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Direct mentees to pertinent program resources, events, and support materials.
• Maintain consistent communication to ensure high levels of participation and satisfaction.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with mentees through ongoing engagement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for mentee inquiries and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Cultivate a supportive and engaging community atmosphere.
• Identify mentees who have achieved significant milestones or success through the program.
• Conduct interviews and collect testimonials, case studies, and success stories.
• Work closely with the marketing team to highlight participant achievements and the program's impact.
• Keep accurate records of all interactions and activities within the CRM system.
• Monitor engagement, retention, and sales-related KPIs.
• Prepare regular reports on mentee progress, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Ensure all administrative tasks are performed accurately and efficiently.
• Demonstrated experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience in an educational, coaching, mentoring, membership, or training setting is highly desirable.
• Outstanding verbal communication skills with the ability to establish rapport swiftly.
• Strong active listening and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to influence and effectively engage customers.
• Experience in achieving performance targets and KPIs.
• Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar systems.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Knowledge of property investment, wealth education, or financial coaching is a plus.
• Reliable laptop/computer and stable high-speed internet connection.
