Mental Health Throughput Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Managing and enhancing the comprehensive patient flow across Mental Health services.

• Offering operational direction for intake, patient access, scheduling, provider capacity management, referral conversion, care coordination, billing efficiency, and initiatives for process enhancement.

• Detecting bottlenecks, establishing scalable workflows, and guaranteeing timely, high-quality care throughout the treatment process.

• Recruiting, onboarding, training, and nurturing team members.

• Holding regular one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance assessments.

• Tracking and enhancing new patient conversion rates while minimizing barriers to care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual.

• A bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations or patient access.

• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.

• Familiarity with mental health.

• Strong understanding of scheduling workflows and patient access management.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
