Mental Health Throughput Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage and enhance the complete patient flow within Mental Health services.

• Offer operational guidance for intake, patient access, scheduling, provider capacity management, and care coordination.

• Recognize inefficiencies, establish scalable processes, and guarantee prompt patient care throughout the treatment pathway.

• Oversee Intake Coordinators, Scheduling Specialists, Access Coordinators, and other operational personnel.

• Work in partnership with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to enhance patient experience and minimize care delays.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual.

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Psychology, or a similar field (or equivalent experience).

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations or patient access.

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.

• Familiarity with mental health.

• Comprehensive understanding of scheduling workflows and patient access management.

• Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

• Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
