Mental Health Therapist, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Provide remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients aged 18 and above

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI

• Manage a caseload of 7 to 20 sessions each week

• Conduct ongoing therapy sessions and perform assessments for new clients

• Leverage data to inform effective treatment and modify approaches based on client development

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and make referrals when necessary

• Complete, sign, and securely store documentation in the EMR within 48 hours following client interaction

• Participate in manager check-ins: 1 hour weekly for the initial 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes monthly

• Engage in mandatory training sessions and monthly all-hands meetings

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold an independent license in Virginia as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)

• Willingness and motivation to obtain licensure in additional states

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with adults (18+)

• At least 6 months of teletherapy experience

• Proficient in clinical assessments such as PHQ-9

• Comfortable using EHR systems

• Availability required Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST

• Commitment to providing 8 to 24 total hours of availability each week

• Maintain a client caseload of 7 to 20 sessions per week
