Mental Health Therapist, Bilingual, Licensed in Maryland

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-informed psychotherapy to older adults, including Spanish-speaking clients, through a virtual platform.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient.

• Operate independently while being a part of a collaborative and supportive healthcare team.

• Efficiently manage electronic records utilizing our optimized EMR system.

• Engage in regular team meetings, supervision, and training to uphold best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential — must be able to conduct complete therapy sessions, assessments, and clinical discussions in both languages.

• A master's or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy is required.

• Hold a current clinical license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP).

• Experience with the geriatric population is preferred.

• Familiarity with technology and prior experience in providing teletherapy is advantageous.
