This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Deliver Meaningful Therapy – Offer individual, group, family, and various practical counseling services across diverse environments to assist clients in reaching their therapeutic objectives.
• Perform In-Depth Assessments – Conduct intake, screening, and assessments in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to state regulations and accreditation standards.
• Create Customized Treatment Plans – Develop individualized, adaptable treatment plans that align with client needs based on comprehensive assessments.
• Engage in Clinical Discussions – Join case reviews and treatment planning sessions, providing important insights and feedback.
• Achieve Performance Targets – Meet department-specific Collaborative Service Goals (CSG) to uphold service excellence.
• Manage Authorization Processes – Work with internal departments to guarantee that services are authorized and comply with regulatory standards.
• Keep Precise Documentation – Accurately document all services promptly, ensuring compliance with state, accreditation, and agency guidelines.
• Uphold Compliance & Quality – Identify and rectify any documentation or charting discrepancies within set timeframes.
• Assist Client Transitions – Ensure seamless client transitions by completing summaries, plans, and final communications.
• Stay Updated with Training – Complete all required training to ensure compliance with state and accreditation mandates.
• Represent the Agency Professionally – Foster strong, professional connections with the community, clients, and referral sources while adhering to the Code of Ethics and agency policies.
• Handle Crisis Situations – Provide immediate interventions and coordinate emergency services as necessary.
• Provide Clinical Supervision – Mentor and guide individuals in training once all professional qualifications have been satisfied.
• Conduct Engaging Therapy Sessions – Lead group counseling, psychoeducational sessions, family therapy, and specialized treatments such as trauma and co-occurring therapy.
• Advocate for Evidence-Based Practices – Offer training, guidance, and clinical consultation to team members, ensuring the implementation of best practices in treatment.
• Contribute to Organizational Success – Stay aligned with both short-term and long-term company objectives, playing a role in its mission and vision.
• Take Initiative – Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership to support the organization’s objectives.
• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Must hold licensure with the relevant board of professional registration for the state in which they practice as a professional counselor or social worker.
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is necessary.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states beyond the current state of licensure is required.
• Comfort and willingness to provide telehealth services to clients (training will be provided).
• Proficiency in diagnostic criteria for individuals with substance use disorders and/or mental health challenges.
• Comprehensive understanding of caseload management and rehabilitation methods, principles, and techniques related to mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment services.
• In-depth knowledge of the obstacles faced by individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
• Substantial knowledge of the methods, modalities, legal standards, and court procedures pertinent to treating mental health and/or substance use disorders.
• Familiarity with supervisory and training techniques and practices utilized in mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment environments.
• Capability to develop, coordinate, and assess services within designated programs.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety protocols, operational instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to create clear and concise reports.
• Capacity to establish effective relationships through telephone, telehealth, and in-person interactions.
• Ability to follow instructions and accept supervision.
