This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Enhance product portfolio engagement within the current install base.
• Ensure full transparency regarding the Radiotherapy install base for which you are responsible.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to develop and implement upgrade strategies for the entire install base.
• Record upgrade initiatives for the existing install base in Salesforce.
• Update the clinical usage report for each account in Salesforce on a quarterly basis.
• Document the quarterly upgrade status and strategy for the entire install base.
• Actively promote and organize regional meetings for your designated area.
• Gain proficiency in the On-Site Applications Training (OAT) Courses for Exactrac.
• Achieve certification to assist clients with all aspects of elements.
• Attain certification to aid customers with Exactrac Case coverages.
• Deliver targeted support after installation for both elements and ExacTrac to ensure confidence and product utilization.
• Commit to visiting all Brainlab Radiotherapy accounts in your region at least three times each year.
• Become knowledgeable about your RT install base.
• Act as a liaison for RT peer-to-peer discussions.
• Lead the installation of Element software updates for your region as directed.
• Assist the Regional Marketing Manager in gathering information from RT sites for marketing projects and initiatives.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the Regional Marketing Manager, providing insights on product development based on market observations and interactions with sales and customers.
• Meet Salesforce.com expectations for documenting contacts, handling complaints, and managing cases.
• Contribute to Market Transparency by documenting in Salesforce.
• Support presales activities as an Application Expert during presentations, evaluations, and customer meetings.
• Be proficient in all aspects of quotebase and technology configuration.
• Coordinate or assist in on-site visits to other clients at key centers.
• Aid sales efforts and take responsibility for product demonstrations during site visits.
• Support sales presentations when assistance is required with key accounts.
• Focus on increasing the penetration of all radiotherapy/radiosurgery products into the global top 300 target accounts.
• Ensure the timely completion of your own projects.
• Build strong personal relationships with all radiotherapy users in your region.
• Identify customers who are not fully utilizing installed applications.
• Provide data, set quantitative goals, and execute action plans.
• Facilitate the publication of studies and presentations at congresses.
• Develop and manage the install base within your region, documenting activities and outcomes.
• Assist in organizing training courses for your region.
• Coordinate pre-sales training for potential customers.
• Serve as the Brainlab expert for responsible sales counterparts.
• Communicate courteously with all customers, their teams, company vendor representatives, partners, and other Brainlab employees.
• Set a professional standard within the organization.
• BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Radiation Therapist (RTT) preferred but not mandatory.
• Dosimetry background preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be willing to travel extensively.
• Proven success in previous roles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and a demonstrated ability to make independent decisions.
• Previous experience in communication with healthcare professionals.
• Outstanding customer relations skills and experience working closely with clinical staff.
• Strong presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• High comfort level with software and technology in general.
