Associate Marketing Manager, Therapy Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of European therapy development projects aimed at enhancing patient activation, referrer engagement (CATALYST), and optimizing pathways.

• Collaborate closely with commercial field teams to enhance relationships with referring healthcare professionals (HCPs).

• Take ownership of and consistently refine HCP engagement strategies.

• Manage the creation, adaptation, and distribution of marketing and educational materials.

• Lead digital engagement initiatives such as newsletter campaigns and ongoing communication with HCPs.

• Act as a central coordination hub within a complex, matrixed organization.

• Function as a primary point of contact for designated European markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with substantial experience in marketing, therapy development, HCP engagement, or similar roles.

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

• Strong capability to convey complex scientific and clinical information in a clear and impactful manner.

• Experience collaborating with field or commercial teams.

• Robust project management abilities.

• Knowledge of the cardiovascular field, including TAVI and structural heart, is advantageous.

• Familiarity with digital engagement tools, content platforms, or CRM-based marketing campaigns.
