Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct individual therapy sessions remotely (through secure video and phone), targeting adolescent and adult demographics.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and create treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic strategies.

• Ensure timely and precise clinical documentation in compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with Teladoc’s support teams as necessary to enhance client care and address technical concerns.

• Utilize independent clinical judgment to oversee client care in a virtual environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience delivering therapy in an independent, unsupervised practice environment.

• Valid license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) with the capability to treat patients independently.

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

• Candidates who have opted out of Medicare or are currently in the opt-out phase will not be considered.

• Experience with clients dealing with PTSD, depression, anxiety, or trauma-related issues.

• Strong clinical competencies and the ability to function independently in a telehealth setting.

• Skilled in using EHR systems and telehealth platforms.
