This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Deliver remote monitoring services to support patients throughout their home-exercise therapy journey.
• Guide and assist users in therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training via our technology platform.
• Offer continuous feedback to the assessing clinician regarding patient progress outside of the clinical setting.
• Maintain essential records and notes while conducting remote monitoring.
• Contribute to enhancing processes and functionality of the platform.
• Organize and manage a caseload efficiently.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in musculoskeletal health is advantageous.
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Hold an active PT license in a compact state.
• Tech-savvy, capable of thriving in a multi-platform environment.
• Experience in behavioral modification; Health Coach Certification is an asset.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and listening abilities.
• Proven patient-centric approach and a genuine passion for user experience.
• Capability to multitask and manage diverse types of users.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
