Mental Health Professional – Chat & Video Therapy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Russia.

📋 Description

• Assist patients through two integrated modalities:

• - Text therapy: asynchronous written interactions that provide ongoing and adaptable support.

• - Video sessions: 40-minute videoconference consultations scheduled according to your availability.

• Collaborate with patients to further the therapeutic journey, promoting progress and dedication.

• Establish a secure and trusting space for clients to share their thoughts and emotions.

• Employ effective therapeutic techniques to help clients develop resolutions and coping mechanisms.

• Keep comprehensive records of client interactions and therapeutic advancements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance overall client care.

• Participate in continuous training and professional development activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.

• Licensed or certified to provide chat or online therapy services in Russia.

• Experience in delivering therapeutic services in a chat or text-based format (preferred).

• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to express empathy through text.

• Knowledge of mental health best practices and interventions.

• Proficient in utilizing video-chat platforms and digital communication tools.

• Fluency in Russian and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

• Availability to respond to client messages daily.
