This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Fulfill all Onboarding requirements within two weeks from the start date.
• Conduct monthly meetings with your designated Charlie Health Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director, at least once per month for necessary check-ins.
• Ensure prompt responses to all email and Slack messages within 48 hours of receipt.
• Review the curriculum tailored to your group assignment prior to the start of the group session.
• Arrive approximately 10 minutes early for scheduled group sessions and lead all groups for the full duration of the hour.
• Facilitate groups according to Charlie Health best practices, utilizing the latest assigned curriculum.
• Manage groups across different age groups and cohorts, including Integrative curriculum, Support Staffing, and Wellness Hour as necessary.
• Promote client engagement and group cohesion throughout sessions, encouraging participation and fostering a culture of keeping cameras on.
• Adhere to all operational policies and procedures as outlined by Charlie Health best practices.
• Participate in collaborative Treatment Team meetings (Tuesdays) and Group Supervision (every other Friday) with your assigned Charlie Health Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director, peers, and other Clinical Leadership team members.
• Collaborate respectfully with the care team, including Primary Therapists, Care Experience Specialists, and Care Coaches.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly with all clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents.
• Monitor your treatment documentation to ensure that all notes are completed within the required 24-hour timeframe and meet agency and professional standards as per DHCS and The Joint Commission requirements.
• Maintain and exemplify professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Availability during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays (3-8pm MT from Monday to Thursday) and on Saturdays to accommodate the schedules of our adolescent and young adult clients.
• A Master's degree in mental health or a related field is required (refer to below for the complete list).
• Experience working with youth and young adults is essential.
• Proficient in various modalities and confident in integrating them into your treatment approach (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification is advantageous).
• Enthusiastic about the advantages of group treatment and skilled in conducting group sessions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Creative and engaging, particularly in a virtual setting!
• Possess the technical skills to conduct effective telehealth sessions.
• Maintain a reliable WIFI connection while meeting with clients.
• Familiarity with and willingness to utilize cloud-based communication tools—Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox—along with EMR and outcomes survey software on a daily basis.
• This is a part-time 1099 role.
