• Deliver exceptional clinical care consistently that reflects Rivia Mind’s culture, values, and guiding principles.
• Serve and manage a weekly average of 31 patients across self-pay, insurance, and Medicare.
• Maintain a steady weekly patient care schedule that aligns with Rivia Mind’s productivity standards.
• Adhere to Care Model practices that prioritize continuity of care, high-frequency follow-up appointments, and efficient calendar management.
• Conduct thorough intake evaluations and create tailored patient-centered treatment plans.
• Implement appropriate Psychotherapy practices using various modalities (CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, etc.).
• Provide clinical support and counseling to a diverse range of patients in a telehealth setting.
• Guide patients in managing ongoing health conditions and offer therapy to facilitate positive behavior changes.
• Counsel and deliver crisis intervention for patients, including assessing and treating emotional and behavioral issues.
• Adhere to clinical standards and ensure timely and comprehensive documentation of session notes.
• Foster a friendly workplace culture that promotes a fun, collaborative, and co-learning environment, enhancing individual well-being, self-improvement, and potential.
• Undertake other related duties and team functions as assigned by department and group leaders.
• Active New York State License (LMSW/MHC-LP).
• Candidates must be license-eligible or possess an active associate-level license or permit (e.g., LMSW, LSW, LAC, MHC or equivalent).
• OR–have up to 2 years of post-licensure experience (not independently licensed).
• Where applicable, completion of the required licensure examination is preferred.
• Certifications in specific modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) are an advantage.
• Education Details: Master's in Social Work or a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related graduate degree.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in practicing Psychotherapy (Practicum clinical experience is applicable).
• Outpatient experience is preferred.
• Experience with a long-term therapy care model is preferred.
• Additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Experience or interest in working with couples is advantageous.
• Ability to work within a Multi-Disciplinary Team.
• Proficient in using various technology platforms and systems (Google Suite, company-wide platforms/software, and EHR platforms as applicable).
• Intermediate computer skills and technical aptitude are required.
