Mental Coach – Online Coaching

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver adaptable online mental coaching through a secure video platform.

• Assist clients in activating and enhancing their mental resources.

• Guide clients in cultivating mental strength, self-confidence, stress management, resilience, motivation, emotional balance, self-esteem, and personal development.

• Support clients in overcoming obstacles and achieving their full potential.

• Provide coaching in a flexible manner, offering both on-demand ("live") sessions and appointment-based sessions.

• Attract new clients via the myCoachz platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed and certified coaching training, such as ICF, DCV, DVNLP, ECA, or an equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional coaching experience.

• Background as a mental coach, mental trainer, or in related coaching areas.

• Professional demeanor is essential.

• Strong empathy and communication skills are required.

• Experience with online coaching or a willingness to embrace digital formats.

• Openness to working on a freelance basis.

• Valid coaching certification is necessary for participation in the network.

• Applications must include copies of certifications.
