International Mobilization Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Inspire national believers by promoting the Great Commission, church multiplication, and planting movements.

• Exemplify evangelism and disciple-making practices alongside national believers.

• Mobilize, train, and mentor national believers in CPM/UPG mindsets, methodologies, and resources.

• Acquire knowledge of CPM tools and best practices, consulting with CPM practitioners to guide team strategy.

• Organize national believers into effective disciple-making teams.

• Coach national leaders for effective team management in disciple-making.

• Participate in and contribute to regular team meetings.

• Share insights, beliefs, and support with the team.

• Lead or contribute to designated projects aligned with overall team strategy.

• Maintain personal health—physical, mental, and emotional.

• Build and sustain a network of ministry partners.

• Oversee personal visa obligations.

• Acquire proficiency in the local language and culture.

• Emphasize regular periods of rest.

• Develop an annual Personal Development Plan with guidance from a supervisor.

• Attend Launch Global conferences and retreats.

• Keep consistent communication and reporting with the supervisor.

• Accept coaching and feedback from the supervisor.

• Fulfill necessary training and administrative responsibilities.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must engage in child safety training upon hiring and other employment-related requirements.

• Must achieve fluency in the local language to understand the local culture and worldview.

• Proven ability to achieve results through prayer, humility, and bold faith.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, including prioritization.
