Membership Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Recruit, engage, and provide support to youth and adults within a designated geographic area.

• Organize and lead recruitment and retention events and programs, both in-person and online, throughout their geographic portfolio.

• Conduct regular meetings with Girl Scout volunteers to facilitate training, assist in planning their Girl Scout year, and enhance the Girl Scout leadership experience in the community.

• Achieve membership targets for both girl and adult members within the community portfolio.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the growth of girl and adult membership in the designated geographic area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred experience in sales, membership, volunteer recruitment, or account management.

• Capability to work with youth, volunteers, and community members from diverse backgrounds while building effective volunteer leadership teams.

• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities, adhering to deadlines, and delivering results.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being detail-oriented.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• At least five (5) years of experience in sales, marketing, grassroots organizing, public relations, fundraising, nonprofit management, or related communications roles; experience with Girl Scouts is a plus.
