This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accurately and promptly processes enrollment additions, updates, changes, reinstatements, and terminations for the designated product line.
• Collaborates closely with external customers such as employer groups, 834 vendors, and brokers/consultants, as well as internal teams including Underwriting, Account Management, Sales, Customer Service, and Claims staff to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Provides assistance to employer groups, 834 vendors, brokers/consultants, Customer Service, Claims, Account Management, and/or Sales staff as needed.
• Verifies information related to enrollment/membership status, records, inquiries or concerns, and database requests.
• Facilitates and supports the high-volume Open Enrollment activities that occur annually.
• Creates and distributes documents related to membership, such as ID cards, Certificates of Coverage, and Certificates of Creditable Coverage.
• Maintains ongoing communication with both internal and external customers.
• Executes other assigned duties as necessary.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and guidance to both internal and external clients.
• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least two (2) years of college coursework (48 semester hours) or an equivalent certification focused on general business, health plan administration, or medical-related disciplines OR a minimum of one (1) year of relevant office experience (such as claims administration, medical office, health insurance, etc.).
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
