This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.
• Manage both incoming and outgoing phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Address customer inquiries through text, email, and various communication platforms.
• Create, update, and oversee customer cases within company databases.
• Accurately document all interactions in detail.
• Aim to resolve standard customer issues and inquiries at the first point of contact whenever feasible.
• Refer complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Adhere to established procedures, workflows, and compliance standards.
• Keep accurate records and ensure the integrity of data.
• Track open cases and follow up as required to guarantee timely resolutions.
• Achieve quality, productivity, and service-level goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues.
• Deliver a positive, empathetic, and professional experience for customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, support, or case management is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent active listening capabilities.
• Strong skills in interpersonal relations and relationship building.
• Ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and empathetic manner.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in CRM, case management, or customer support software.
• Basic computer skills and data-entry proficiency.
• Paid Training - generally lasting 1-2 weeks from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (CST).
• Employment Status - Full-Time, 40 hours, with benefits available on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
