Member Success Manager – Real Estate
Posted Jul 17

Posted Jul 17
This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the complete member lifecycle, including the welcome call, 90-day onboarding milestones, quarterly check-ins, health evaluations, renewals, and member advancement.
• Create and conduct onboarding calls for each new member, scheduled within days of their enrollment.
• Enhance the systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that support the member experience.
• Actively re-engage members who miss events or become inactive before they further disengage.
• Foster warm introductions between members based on their business objectives and aspirations.
• Spot and present upgrade or ascension opportunities (such as higher membership tiers or one-on-one coaching) to members at the opportune moment rather than waiting for them to inquire.
• Lead the renewal discussions and, when necessary, conduct exit interviews, seeking alternative solutions (like downgrades or custom arrangements) before a member decides to leave.
• Ultimately recruit, train, and oversee a team of Member Success Advisors who will adhere to the SOPs you establish.
• A minimum of 2 years in high-touch client success, account management, or membership roles — preferably in a paid membership, high-ticket coaching, or mastermind setting.
• Familiarity with real estate entrepreneurs (wholesalers, flippers, brokers, developers, commercial investors) or experience collaborating closely with founders/business owners in the process of scaling a business — you understand the mindset and operations of busy, revenue-oriented individuals.
• A revenue-oriented mindset, rather than a purely service-oriented one — you view retention and renewal as responsibilities you own, not tasks to delegate.
• An instinct for proactively resolving issues before being prompted — you recognize when someone is losing engagement and take the initiative to reconnect.
• The capability to transform an existing process into something significantly improved — you don't wait for someone to provide you with a script.
• A polished and professional demeanor suitable for interacting with high-net-worth clients.
• Comfort with being evaluated based on outcomes (renewal rate, ascension revenue) instead of activity levels.
• Base salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000, along with a monthly performance bonus and commission on membership ascensions/upgrades, totaling an OTE of $150,000 to $200,000+
• 401k plan
• Company-provided healthcare plan
• Access to quarterly in-person events and virtual sessions as part of the Boardroom Mastermind team
• Direct mentorship from Noah Cosby, CRO
• Fully remote position; can be based anywhere in the United States (with quarterly in-person travel required)
