This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +44 more states.

• Accountable for the daily management of dues growth across all signature clubs.
• Exhibits strong customer service abilities while making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries from customers.
• Negotiates account resolutions and accurately records actions in the collection systems, ensuring adherence to company performance and productivity standards.
• Keeps customer contact information current in the collections systems.
• May assist in supporting other teams to promote collaboration within the department.
• Escalates issues and provides assistance to team members with calls as necessary.
• Acts as a resource or subject matter expert and may offer training to colleagues.
• May need to reach out to customers externally and could engage in advanced loss prevention tasks (e.g., skip tracing, field chasing, account settlement) or administrative duties.
• Reviews the Month to Date (MTD) reports provided by the clubs for accuracy.
• Conducts daily assessments of ABC for previous day's dues collections and all club entries.
• Processes refunds from ABC and Point of Sale (POS).
• Investigates all refunds from the clubs to ensure accuracy.
• Oversees third-party collections and manages all necessary communication with the clubs from Swift.
• Functions as the liaison between ABC and the Club Operations Managers.
• Provides timely, responsive, and courteous communication for all member inquiries, questions, concerns, and needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent phone and communication abilities.
• Strong time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
• Outstanding follow-through and meticulous documentation capabilities.
• Keen attention to detail with the capacity to multi-task and meet deadlines independently.
• Strong problem-solving, research, resolution, and data analysis skills.
• Must adhere to designated meal and rest break periods, and clock in and out for all scheduled shifts.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• A 4-year college degree is preferred.
• 1-4 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
• Previous experience in collecting dues is preferred.
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• While performing the responsibilities of this position, the employee is frequently required to sit or stand for up to 8 hours, and occasionally sits, walks, kneels, and reaches with hands and arms.
