This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.
• The Member Services Representative should be exceptionally organized, professional, and proactive; a collaborative team member who quickly adapts, pays great attention to detail, and operates effectively with minimal supervision while managing the daily growth of dues across all signature clubs.
• In accordance with company policies and procedures, showcases strong customer service abilities by making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries from customers.
• Negotiates resolutions for accounts and accurately records and documents actions within the collection systems, ensuring compliance with company performance and productivity standards.
• Keeps customer contact information current in the collections systems.
• May need to assist with other queues to promote teamwork within the department.
• Escalates issues and supports fellow team members with calls as required.
• Acts as a resource and subject matter expert, potentially providing training to colleagues.
• May be responsible for initiating external communications with customers and performing advanced loss prevention tasks (such as skip tracing, field chasing, and account settlement) or administrative duties.
• Reviews the Month to Date (MTD) reports provided by the clubs for accuracy.
• Conducts a daily assessment of ABC regarding prior day's dues collections and all club entries, checking for notes, club mistakes, and evergreen invoices.
• Processes all refunds from ABC and Point of Sale (POS), ensuring accuracy in all club-related refunds.
• Supervises third-party collections and manages all necessary communications with the clubs from Swift.
• Serves as the intermediary between ABC and the Club Operations Managers.
• Provides timely, responsive, and courteous communication to address all member inquiries, questions, concerns, and needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced communication and phone skills.
• Strong time management abilities, capable of handling multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Exceptional follow-through and meticulous documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and capacity to multitask and meet deadlines without supervision.
• Robust problem-solving, research, resolution, and data analysis skills.
• Must adhere to meal and rest break periods, and must clock in and out for all shifts.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• A 4-year college degree is preferred.
• 1-4 years of administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary.
• Previous experience in dues collection is preferred.
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
