This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Overseeing the Group Account Billing program and driving its growth, with an emphasis on enhancing its value proposition, boosting adoption rates among radiology practices, and optimizing operational efficiency.
• Accountable for all facets of group billing operations, including managing facility rosters, coordinating yearly invoicing, processing and tracking payments, and analyzing participation trends.
• Identify and execute strategies to improve and expand the program, focusing on process redesign, automation, and enhanced reporting/insights.
• Examine group account data to reveal trends, potential gaps, and opportunities for increased engagement and revenue enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Member Services, Marketing, etc.) to enhance system integrations (e.g., Salesforce/Nimble) and optimize the overall group billing experience.
• Deliver ongoing, focused customer support regarding billing, account management, and product usage to ensure a high-quality experience for group accounts.
• Address customer inquiries via phone and Freshdesk in accordance with team standards.
• Accurately process member payments and assist in payment-related activities in a timely manner.
• Support the processing of membership applications, including time-sensitive Members-in-Training (MIT) submissions, while collaborating on workflow enhancements.
• Maintain, audit, and cleanse customer and membership data to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all systems.
• 12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience specifically in billing operations within a member-facing environment.
• Some higher education is required.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proficient in data analysis, particularly in interpreting trends and identifying areas for improvement.
• Exceptional professional communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential.
• Ability to manage member inquiries effectively and ensure a positive experience.
• Technical expertise in billing systems, CRM tools, and MS Office is necessary.
• Experience with Salesforce/Nimble and/or Freshdesk is an advantage.
• Capability to work under multiple deadlines while prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Outstanding time management skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities are required.
