Member Service Guide, Pharmacy – Bilingual, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform outbound outreach through phone calls and SMS to inform and engage members regarding medication adherence and health support programs.

• Establish trust with members by engaging in empathetic, solutions-focused discussions that uncover barriers to receiving care.

• Enroll qualified members in pharmacy, financial assistance, and care support initiatives.

• Collaborate with providers, pharmacies, and internal clinical teams to address member concerns and ensure continuity of care.

• Arrange medical appointments for high-risk members when necessary.

• Utilize internal systems, AI-supported tools, and knowledge resources to investigate member inquiries and deliver precise information.

• Accurately document member interactions, manage follow-up responsibilities, and adapt to evolving workflows and business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer-facing, outreach, or support position.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to build trust and convey complex information in a clear and compassionate manner.

• Comfortable dedicating most of the day to outbound phone outreach in a dynamic, metrics-driven environment.

• Proficient in managing multiple systems, workflows, and follow-up tasks accurately while adjusting to shifting priorities.

• Proven track record of accountability, ownership, coachability, and receptiveness to performance-based feedback.

• Spanish bilingual proficiency, as specified by the role title.

• Preferred experience in healthcare, pharmacy, Medicare Advantage, care coordination, patient outreach, contact center, or remote work.
