This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee assigned projects and/or cases.
• Follow established company processes.
• Execute call-center programs that offer telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding organizations.
• Assist with funding and access matters, encompassing private, public, and special access initiatives.
• Administer and comply with case-management procedures.
• Perform clinical monitoring, data collection, ongoing patient follow-up, compliance oversight, therapy disruption/discontinuation tracking, adverse event documentation, and coordination with primary healthcare providers.
• Implement pharmaceutical and biotechnology market research projects involving physicians, patients, pharmacists, and allied health professionals.
• Conduct significant outbound calls as part of patient support initiatives.
• Record each activity in the program-specific database.
• Participate in ongoing refresher training and specialized training sessions.
• Provide insights regarding protocols, database functionality, processes, and inter-departmental interactions.
• Relay case management information to the manager, pod, and program-trained colleagues during scheduled absences.
• Engage in training new caseworkers, including shadowing and call monitoring.
• Report all adverse events to designated units/departments.
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as required.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in reimbursement support, patient services, customer operations, healthcare support services, case coordination, claims support, or a related field is necessary.
• Certification in reimbursement support, patient access, customer support, service management, customer relationship management systems, or process improvement is preferred.
