This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.
• Assisting Members of Community Health Options by accurately responding to inquiries via phone, mail, and/or email.
• Addressing issues consistently with an efficient, empathetic, positive, and customer-centric approach.
• Ensuring comprehensive first call resolution for Members through outstanding customer service.
• Offering navigational assistance for Community Health Options health insurance processes and online systems.
• Supporting healthcare providers, insurance agents, and brokers with a customer-focused model.
• Building and nurturing strong working relationships with all clients while adopting a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Strong dedication to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Prior experience in a health insurance or healthcare setting is preferred.
• At least one year of practical work experience in a call center or similar customer service environment.
• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Capable of analyzing and interpreting verbal and written instructions.
• Proficient in presenting information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to type quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
• Skilled in multi-tasking across various computer systems and screens, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Openness to incorporating feedback for professional growth.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to change.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a goal-oriented team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
• $1,000 completion bonus.
