This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, secure messages, and/or email communications with members or providers.
• Oversee queue work and assigned caseload through effective dashboard management.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve issues within established SLAs.
• Collaborate with colleagues, Experts, and Leads to pinpoint trends and obstacles.
• Seamlessly utilize internal tools and resources.
• Communicate findings and resolutions effectively with providers and internal departments.
• Assist Member and Provider Services Representatives with complex issues, workflows, and training.
• Report updates or inaccuracies in the internal knowledge management system for Member and Provider Services.
• Work in partnership with production teams across the LifeCycles to enhance the member and provider experience.
• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support, healthcare, tech, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 6 months of experience in member and customer service.
• Over 1 year of experience handling escalations in a customer service setting.
