Member of Technical Staff – Staff Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the design and execution of essential platform features.

• Take ownership of intricate technical projects from initial concept to production.

• Architect scalable distributed systems and services.

• Detect and address architectural, reliability, and performance issues.

• Set engineering patterns and establish technical standards.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams.

• Provide mentorship to engineers and offer technical guidance.

• Shape the long-term architecture and technology strategies of the platform.

• Engage with complex systems, large-scale integrations, and real-world technical challenges.

• Address challenging backend issues and contribute to the architecture, product vision, and engineering culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering.

• Strong background in distributed systems and system architecture.

• Advanced proficiency in at least one major programming language.

• Experience managing systems at significant scale.

• Excellent technical leadership and communication abilities.

• Capability to influence team dynamics without direct authority.

• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure is a plus.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud platforms is advantageous.

• Experience with high-scale distributed systems is preferred.

• Background in startups or scale-ups is beneficial.

• Experience with GPU or data-intensive systems is a plus.

• Fluent English is required.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain employer sponsorship.
