Member of Technical Staff – Design Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Design and implement intricate UI components and systems that harmonize visual appeal with technical performance.

• Spearhead the technical development and enhancement of our design system across marketing initiatives.

• Construct prototypes to investigate new interaction models and validate design ideas for legal workflows.

• Set best practices for front-end development and component architecture.

• Guide engineers on design principles and implementation methods.

• Create tools and processes to streamline the design-to-development workflow.

• Participate in design reviews.

• Advocate for accessible, responsive, and high-performing user interfaces for legal teams.

• Develop marketing landing pages.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in front-end development with a keen design sensibility.

• Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.

• Extensive experience with modern front-end frameworks (React preferred).

• Strong grasp of design systems and component-based architecture.

• Experience in implementing complex UI animations and interactions.

• Demonstrated ability to convert design concepts into production-ready code.

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with design and engineering teams.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
