Member Enrollment Manager – Commercial and Individual Plans

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• The Enrollment Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and executing processes related to all enrollment activities, which include web, paper, electronic enrollment, and group setup processes to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in alignment with plan policies and procedures.

• Responsible for overseeing daily workflow, staff development, as well as quality control and assurance activities for the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Healthcare or Information System Support is REQUIRED.

• Familiarity with the 834 eligibility file is highly preferred.

• Preferred experience in Enrollment Reconciliation and resolving discrepancies.

• Experience in Health Plan enrollment is preferred.

• Preferred experience with Salesforce, QNXT, or any claims platform.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Candidates without a Bachelor's Degree will need to sign a Bachelor's Degree Agreement, committing to obtain their degree within 5 years of hire.

• Certification/Licensure: None required.
