This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, launch, and enhance multi-channel engagement campaigns within Braze, which include email, SMS, and direct mail, while ensuring campaign quality and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Client Success to design, present, and secure approval for innovative member engagement strategies, customizing campaigns to fit the unique needs of each client and employee demographic.
• Deliver campaign performance insights and data-driven recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders, utilizing findings to refine future campaigns and showcase their impact.
• Work alongside team members within your department and across the organization to implement scalable solutions.
• Produce engaging short-form and digital content that conveys financial wellbeing in an accessible and enjoyable manner.
• Take charge of creating physical engagement materials, overseeing the process from brainstorming to final delivery.
• Organize impactful in-person and digital events with our clients to add value and enhance engagement.
• Collaborate with clients, their HR/benefits teams, and/or consultants to customize engagement strategies suited for each employee group.
• Continuously experiment by proposing and testing new ideas, analyzing data, and focusing on successful strategies.
• Maintain a member-first perspective in all endeavors, acting as the advocate that transforms a benefits platform into a resource that individuals genuinely want to utilize.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, content creation, community/member engagement, or a comparable creative role, preferably within the benefits sector.
• Possess a maker mentality, capable of designing graphics, editing short videos, and composing engaging copy independently without reliance on a large team.
• Proficient with marketing automation platforms (Braze preferred) and familiar with design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Inherently creative, drawing upon a wealth of ideas and having the drive to bring them to fruition.
• Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns across various clients while concurrently developing new materials and engagement strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to build relationships with clients and confidently represent LearnLux to their employees.
• Knowledge of engagement metrics and email/campaign tools.
