This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Support the training of new hires in the Call Center as necessary.
• Assist in handling incoming calls, providing information, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints as required.
• Oversee the review, upkeep, and distribution of member-facing communication materials in both print and digital formats.
• Manage the production and dissemination of essential member communications.
• Ensure that communications adhere to regulatory, contractual, and quality standards for both accuracy and clarity.
• Monitor mailing activities, delivery timelines, and service level performance.
• Facilitate the fulfillment of member requests for communication materials, identification cards, and informational packets.
• Coordinate the processes for returned mail and update member communication records as necessary.
• Possess a high school diploma or GED along with six (6) years of experience in communications, member services, or outreach and engagement with the MH/SU/IDD population; OR
• Have an Associate's degree and four (4) years of experience in communications, member services, or outreach and engagement with the MH/SU/IDD population; OR
• Hold a Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience in communications, member services, or outreach and engagement with the MH/SU/IDD population; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must reside within Trillium’s North Central Region: Beaufort, Dare, Edgecombe, Greene, Hyde, Nash, Pamlico, Pitt, Tyrrell, Washington, and Wilson counties.
• Must be willing to travel within the catchment area as needed.
• Preferred: A degree in Business.
