This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee programs and events from the transition of contracts through to final billing by utilizing business management systems.
• Organize site inspections and create comprehensive itineraries and working agendas.
• Facilitate communication between suppliers and clients to ensure that all requirements are fulfilled.
• Keep precise records, input data into systems, and manage files according to company policies.
• Act as the primary client contact on a daily basis, holding regular status meetings and making sure that objectives are met.
• Administer program budgets, verify and audit billing for accuracy, and monitor expenses.
• Initiate and reconcile supplier payments as required.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in event or meeting management, including budget oversight.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new technologies.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
