This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Provide telephone clinical support to patients.

• Gather key information regarding the reported clinical situation.

• Conduct an initial clinical evaluation based on the available information.

• Offer guidance on the most appropriate healthcare path.

• Assist patients in identifying the most suitable healthcare services.

• Document the activities performed in accordance with the service's requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Medicine and Surgery.

• Certification to practice and registration with the Medical Association.

• Strong clinical background.

• Ability to collect and interpret key clinical information through interviews.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Autonomy, reliability, and ability to manage telephone conversations.

• Interest in internal medicine disciplines.

• Availability to work during agreed time slots for a 24/7 active service, including weekends and holidays.
