• Identify and attract healthcare candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and outreach initiatives.
• Perform phone screenings and conduct virtual interviews with candidates.
• Evaluate resumes, credentials, licenses, and employment history.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of candidate records within the ATS.
• Facilitate interview scheduling between candidates and clients.
• Provide ongoing follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Develop and maintain pipelines of healthcare professionals for future job openings.
• Engage in communication via emails, texts, and outreach campaigns to potential candidates.
• Collaborate effectively with recruiters, sourcers, and members of the leadership team.
• Achieve recruiting activity and placement objectives.
• Assist with reference checks and coordinate onboarding processes.
• Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or call center roles is preferred.
• Experience in recruiting healthcare professionals is advantageous.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, or CRM platforms is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable with making outbound calls and engaging in candidate outreach.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
• High-speed internet access and a quiet workspace are required.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Experience with U.S.-based companies is preferred.
• Background in remote recruiting or virtual support roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology is a plus.
