• Regularly update and sustain EMR systems with the latest patient details, medical backgrounds, and treatment strategies.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to patient inquiries promptly and professionally through phone, email, or chat.

• Clarify our services to new patients, ensuring they fully understand how our systems operate and what to anticipate.

• Support healthcare professionals in scheduling appointments, managing schedules, and coordinating follow-up care.

• Collaborate with medical billing teams to guarantee precise coding and billing information.

• Uphold strict patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive medical data.

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth coordination and communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse (US RN/NCLEX) licensed in California.

• Prior experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant or in a comparable role is desirable.

• Proficient in utilizing EMR systems, with a solid grasp of medical terminology and documentation practices.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to convey complex medical concepts to patients clearly and succinctly.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring precise record-keeping and data entry.

• Proven capability to multitask and prioritize duties in a dynamic environment.

• Established history of delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining professional relationships with patients and healthcare professionals.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
