Medical Support Executive, Hindi

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee technology platforms associated with the Remote Engagement Service, which includes Copilot, RapidPro, Turn, TextIt, and WhatsApp.

• Address inquiries from patients and their families in accordance with team training.

• Translate questions from Punjabi/Hindi into English for the medical team.

• Document conversations following established protocols.

• Maintain up-to-date Remote Engagement Service reports on the drive.

• Conduct calls with families in Punjabi/Hindi and log call details in the required format.

• Carry out surveys as necessary.

• Engage in additional activities related to the Remote Engagement Service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent graduates with a BSC in nursing are encouraged to apply (1-2 years of clinical experience preferred).

• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Punjabi.

• Proficiency in Hindi is advantageous.

• Comfortable using Android devices, laptops, web browsers, Gmail, and other widely used online platforms.

• Must be available to work for 8 hours.
