Medical Subject Matter Expert – On-Call

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist in addressing project requirements or issues concerning child and family healthcare.

• Facilitate training sessions for staff.

• Evaluate family and adult residential facilities as well as juvenile centers.

• Utilize expertise to offer technical guidance and ensure compliance support.

• Manage an independent compliance program.

• Promptly inform the inspection lead of any significant compliance concerns.

• Prepare briefings on compliance evaluations as needed.

• Suggest improvements for inspection and training procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in public health or a related discipline.

• A decade of experience in delivering medical health services to diverse groups, including children and adolescents.

• Familiarity with issues faced by migrants and refugees, specifically those affecting migrant families and unaccompanied minors.

• Previous experience in a consulting role.

• Capacity to prioritize and handle multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, including experience in crafting and presenting technical documents.
