
Medical Subject Matter Expert β On-Call

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Assist in addressing project requirements or issues concerning child and family healthcare.
β’ Facilitate training sessions for staff.
β’ Evaluate family and adult residential facilities as well as juvenile centers.
β’ Utilize expertise to offer technical guidance and ensure compliance support.
β’ Manage an independent compliance program.
β’ Promptly inform the inspection lead of any significant compliance concerns.
β’ Prepare briefings on compliance evaluations as needed.
β’ Suggest improvements for inspection and training procedures.
β’ Masterβs degree in public health or a related discipline.
β’ A decade of experience in delivering medical health services to diverse groups, including children and adolescents.
β’ Familiarity with issues faced by migrants and refugees, specifically those affecting migrant families and unaccompanied minors.
β’ Previous experience in a consulting role.
β’ Capacity to prioritize and handle multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
β’ Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, including experience in crafting and presenting technical documents.
