This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Engage with Allergists, Otorhinolaryngologists (ENT), and other essential customers within a designated geographical area.
• Deliver clinically-oriented sales messages aimed at driving revenue growth.
• Consistently meet and surpass product objectives and expectations.
• Formulate strategies and implement tactics within key Allergy and ENT accounts to boost product usage.
• Establish and nurture relationships with Allergy/ENT specialists, clinicians, nurses, office personnel, healthcare staff, and patient advocacy groups.
• Work collaboratively with district colleagues, field teams, home office staff, and alliance partners to meet customer demands and respond to market dynamics.
• Create strategies that support brand and corporate goals within the assigned region.
• Participate in and assist in leading industry congresses, as well as local and regional meetings and medical conferences.
• Conduct work in a compliant manner with a strong commitment to integrity, adhering to Regeneron policies and relevant US pharmaceutical and biologic promotion regulations.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in Allergy/ENT/Dermatology or a comparable subcutaneous self-injectable biologic specialty market.
• Experience in specialty pharmaceuticals or biopharmaceuticals.
• Advanced skills in clinically-based selling.
• Demonstrated success and consistent sales performance in complex markets with varied customer segments.
• A high level of integrity and the ability to work within compliance guidelines.
• Proven history of success with product launches.
• A passion for science and a strong willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with disease states, treatment options, and healthcare trends, along with a proactive approach to learning.
• Experience in training and servicing office staff, nurses, and office managers.
• Capability to collaborate and partner effectively with internal field teams and alliance partners.
• Willingness to travel and cover extensive geographic territories.
