This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as an imaging advisor, facilitating company operations and initiatives across designated therapeutic areas.
• Provide scientific insights on clinical trial design, image review methodologies, and image data quality assurance.
• Oversee and improve processes for independent image reviews, ensuring consistency, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Track, assess, and relay industry trends related to independent reviews to maintain a leadership position in services.
• Establish training standards for new radiologists, address study-specific requirements, and adapt to emerging imaging criteria.
• Contribute to scientific publications, abstracts, editorials, and initiatives that promote thought leadership.
• Identify and implement innovations aimed at enhancing central reading efficiency and interpretation methods.
• Develop, review, and maintain imaging documentation, including charters, imaging manuals, and study-specific regulations.
• Formulate operational strategies for new imaging criteria and modalities, such as nuclear medicine (e.g., PET/CT).
• Support radiopharmaceutical trials, specialized client requests, CMO review processes, sponsor audits, and regulatory inspections.
• Collaborate with application development and business development teams to convert scientific requirements into operational and client-facing solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture team members through training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in clinical trials and/or within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven expertise in multi-modality imaging projects; experience with medical imaging software is preferred.
• Strong comprehension of imaging criteria, clinical trial operations, and regulatory expectations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills accompanied by strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
