Medical Science Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Leads the execution of country medical affairs strategies focused primarily on KOL engagement, support for scientific data generation, and the dissemination of data.

• Establishes and nurtures professional connections with external stakeholders to enhance Sobi’s research, advisory, and educational collaboration opportunities.

• Maintains a high level of professionalism to cultivate and sustain “peer-to-peer” scientific relationships with key opinion leaders in healthcare, academia, payer, and governmental organizations.

• Offers scientific liaison support to investigators engaged in Sobi’s studies.

• Participates in and/or leads internal project teams as assigned by Line Manager(s).

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in a medical-science field or a related and relevant discipline.

• Proven scientific/medical reading, presentation, and communication abilities.

• Experience in both pre-launch and launch initiatives.

• Strong engagement experience with the KOL network at the local and/or international level.

• Experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects and leadership roles, demonstrating the ability to deliver results on schedule and within budget.

• Understanding of health systems and healthcare decision-making, encompassing regulatory, safety, legal, and compliance aspects.

• Proficient computer skills (MS Office, databases, etc.) and fluency in both written and spoken English.

• A clean and valid driver’s license.
