This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Identifies and engages key healthcare professionals (HCPs) within the designated territory to foster and enhance relationships while representing the Company's interests.
• Engages in scientific discussions through individual meetings with HCPs and small group dialogues about disease states and treatment alternatives.
• Leads and facilitates advisory boards and other initiatives that help shape strategic directions.
• Collaborates with commercial partners in a professional and compliant manner.
• Appropriately addresses unsolicited inquiries from HCPs in accordance with the Company's standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Responds promptly to HCP requests for medical information, ensuring complete documentation of the information exchanged.
• Effectively communicates HCP interest in lifecycle studies to internal stakeholders.
• Identifies opportunities for data generation through investigator-initiated research.
• Engages in and successfully completes all required education and training related to the Company's SOPs, product information, compliance, and regulatory education pertinent to the job function.
• Maintains clinical and technical knowledge in relevant therapeutic areas by reviewing scientific literature and participating in educational and training programs.
• Communicates medical insights and feedback obtained from scientific exchanges.
• Doctoral degree in a health sciences-related discipline (e.g., Pharm.D., M.D., DNP, or Ph.D.).
• 3-5 years of pertinent clinical experience; experience in the relevant therapeutic area is a plus.
• Established relationships with institutions and/or hospitals within the territory; comprehensive understanding of healthcare and hospital operations.
• Proven success as a scientific and strategic contributor, an innovative thinker with a strong drive for success, as well as a practical tactical performer.
• Ability to thrive in a matrix environment, demonstrating a successful history of teamwork and possessing strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills; experience in a small company is advantageous.
• Must exhibit business and scientific acumen, evidenced by the ability to communicate complex scientific and clinical data to colleagues and HCPs.
• Capable of delivering high-quality medical education presentations across diverse settings, with the skill to translate this information into effective medical dialogue.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Pro.
