Medical Science Liaison – MidAtlantic/Northeast

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Act as a bridge between the medical and scientific community.

• Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with essential stakeholders.

• Participate in scientific discussions, effectively conveying scientific, medical, technical, or product-related (reactive) information.

• Assist in educating healthcare professionals (HCPs), training, and ensuring the safe application of drugs or biologics.

• Evaluate Key Opinion Leader (KOL) alignment with critical scientific topics to guide territory and medical strategies.

• Identify KOL Advocates and Collaborators within your designated territory.

• Compliantly facilitate company-sponsored research, investigator-initiated research, external collaborative research, and publications tied to Keenova Therapeutics product(s).

• Keep updated with new scientific literature and clinical data, translating this into relevant knowledge.

• Ensure the proper dissemination of clinical and scientific information concerning FDA-approved and pipeline products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an advanced scientific degree (MD, OD, PhD, PharmD) or a clinical degree (NP, PA); or have equivalent clinical experience (e.g., RN, RT) as appropriate.

• Have 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, a healthcare setting, or similar experience.

• Ability to communicate scientific information effectively through in-person meetings, small group discussions, and written formats.

• Collaborating effectively with internal departments is crucial, along with the ability to function as a strong team player.

• Exhibit independence, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills while demonstrating problem-solving capabilities, strategic thinking, and a patient-centric approach.

• Commit to full compliance with all company SOPs, regulatory standards, and relevant laws, including PhRMA guidelines for field personnel.

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
